Ryder is now offering free delivery and a 5 day money-back guarantee for all retail, end user customers

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Valid on all Ryder Certified and Verified vehicles, just tell us when you place your order where your Ryder Used Approved is to be delivered and we will arrange a delivery date and time to suit you.

WHEN CAN MY VEHICLE BE DELIVERED?
Mon-Fri 5 days a week from 08.00 – 18.00 not including Bank Holidays or weekends, we will deliver within a 72 hour window across Mainland UK to an address advised by you If you would prefer to collect your vehicle, you can do so from our Customer Sales & Service Centre at Burton on Trent.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
We are confident that you will be very happy with your Ryder Used Approved commercial vehicle, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 5 working days from the date of purchase, we will give you a full refund.

All that we ask is that:

  • the vehicle is returned at your cost to our Burton upon Trent location in the same condition as it was delivered
  • the vehicle has no more than 1000km additional mileage from receipt of delivery
  • all ownership documents are included as supplied

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE COVER?

The delivery will be covered on Ryder’s insurance until you take receipt of the vehicle. Your insurance will cover the vehicle return should you choose to do this. There will be enough fuel
in the vehicle to complete the delivery.

CAN A DELIVERY BE RESCHEDULED?
Any delivery that needs to be rescheduled can be done through your sales contact at Ryder. All we ask is that you notify us within 24 hours of the original request.

By using this promotion you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.

We deliver 5 days a week, Monday –Friday between 08:00 – 18:00 excluding Bank Holidays and
Weekends. We will endeavour to deliver within a 72-hour window across Mainland UK to an address advised by you.

We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or for any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.

Nothing in these rules excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by us, or for fraud.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England shall apply.
